The Executive body (Leyana Romain, Shari St. Claire and Rishard Khan) along with a member (Khaleen Johnson) of the ECO (Education Conservation Outreach) dropped by the library and donated funds to us! The Mural Project
Stacey Byer, a local Artist and Illustrator, along with her sister and one of our own, Ayisha, assisted in painting the mural at the entrance of the library. Stacey is overseeing all volunteers involved with the mural project. She is doing a tremendous job by demonstrating her creativity. So far she has succeeded in painting the base of the characters upon the wall faster than expecting. Below are some pictures from that special day…Thank you Stacey!

Preliminary Opening Day
It was such a blessing! It was so wonderful to see the enthusiasm of the children at the library. The General Library, which is newly opened managed to get new members borrowing books. Special thanks to everyone who has contributed to the library!
